Having served the construction industry for many years as a contractor, I am well aware of the pitfalls in dealing with "tyrannical" clients, who aggressively scrutinize every invoice and claim, in order to avoid payment. I also discovered the astronomical costs of using solicitors, barristers and construction experts to formulate claims and bring them to a resolution dispute service.

Arena Consulting offers industry clients a "one stop shop" service, a construction expert that can forensically examine every contract, in the same way as any solicitor or barrister but for a fraction of the cost. We specialise in extrapolating "loopholes" in so-called "airtight" contracts, a practice which has proved very successful.

We take a very pragmatic and personal approach to handling contractual challenges, such as; delay and disruption claims, dispute avoidance, late payments and expert witness appointments in all types of financial claims. We can produce claims, from initial conception right through to dispute resolution, whether via Adjudication, Arbitration or County Court and beyond to enforcement, should the need arise.
